This restored farm is located near the village of Ponte -Leccia , a protected natural landscape. The stone farmhouse , without direct neighborhood is on an estate of four acres of oaks and offers stunning panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Ideally located halfway between Corte and Ile Rousse, has the advantage of easily explore the whole island.

Covering an area of 90m2 , this farm can accommodate six to eight people. It has three bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed. The third bedroom is a four-bed room with a double bed and two bunk beds.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and satellite TV . The fully equipped kitchen offers, among other things, a gas stove and a dishwasher .

A small adjoining kitchen , with a washing machine and a freezer , and a second extra oven.

Both bathrooms consist of a shower and a toilet.

There is a private pool with a size of 9.50 x 4.20 m and a variable depth of 1.40 to 2.00 meters.

Enjoy after a refreshing dip in the pool , sunbathe on the sun loungers .

About 45 m² covered terrace, rustic benches and a table in oak , you will have a lovely meal, with the proximity of two barbecues ( mobile and fixed)
